Volunteer at EdTech 2026
EdTech 2026 will be held October 27-30, 2026 at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. Volunteers are an important part of making the conference a success, and we invite you to join us!
Volunteer Opportunities
Session Evaluator: Attend a session and complete a short electronic evaluation.
Registration Desk: Assist attendees with check-in and distribute registration packets.
Bag Stuffing: Help prepare conference bags on Monday from 1:00–3:00 PM before the conference begins.
Full-Time Volunteers (8 hours) receive:
Free conference registration
Conference t-shirt
Complimentary boxed lunch
Chance to win a gift card
Part-Time Volunteers (2 hours or more) receive:
Conference t-shirt
