Call for Proposals


The South Carolina Association for Educational Technology (SCAET) is inviting all educational technology professionals to submit an application to present during its annual South Carolina Education Technology (SC EdTech) conference this fall, October 28-31, 2025, at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. We need you to share your expertise in educational technology integration, best practices, and implementation at all levels.

Why YOU should present at SC EdTech: 

  • Share what strategies, best practices, and inventive solutions have worked in your own classroom/school/district.
  • Obtain exposure for your ideas and school/district. You may submit more than one proposal. 
  • Help other educators and administrators looking for creative strategies, techniques, tools, and products to enhance their own learning environments. 
  • Main presenters (one per session) receive complimentary registration as our way of saying thank you for sharing your time and expertise during SC EdTech 2025. 
  • And most importantly, your unique educational technology ideas may inspire and encourage other attendees to utilize new methodologies and expand the possibilities of learning, with the goal of improving student performance.


We are looking for proposals on a variety of topics relevant to educational technology that include:
